The vineyards are situated on clay and clay-limestone soils, providing depth, structure, and a pronounced mineral note. This cuvée reveals the more serious, ageable side of Ventoux, with ripe fruit and refined tension. On the palate, the wine starts generous and slightly sweet, supported by a fresh note and velvety, present tannins. With aging, notes of candied raspberry and blackberry develop. The finish is long and persistent.
2x 'Agapè' Rouge AOC Ventoux 2021 is a warm, generous wine made from 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, and 20% Carignan grapes.
