The white wine of Le Ver Libre is immediately one of the most surprising in this package. Made from 70% Ugni Blanc and 30% Clairette, from vines averaging 45 years old on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented exclusively with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the lees contributes to the full texture and complexity. In the glass straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is intense and rich, with pear, white fruit, orange peel, cinnamon and a subtle saffron touch. In taste fresh, full and structured with a beautiful long finish. Two bottles, because this is a wine that demands repetition. Wonderful with white fish, poultry and spiced dishes.

An organic blend of the classic Rhône varieties — Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Ugni Blanc — on clay-limestone soils in Rasteau. Ripe red fruit, garrigue, herbs and a subtle earthy touch typical of the Rhône. In taste warm, fresh and juicy with soft tannins. Taste it alongside the 2023 to discover how the weather of a vintage influences the wine.
