Gollei Classico is a characterful expression of Cannonau di Sardegna from the heart of the Classico zone in Nuoro. The grapes are carefully selected and vinified at controlled temperature, after which the wine is aged in barriques for at least 12 months. This combination of precision and ageing gives the wine its structure, depth and typical Sardinian power.
In the glass, Gollei shows a warm garnet-red colour that betrays its ripeness and intensity. The aromatic profile is refined and layered, with notes of ripe fruit, spicy accents and a subtle floral nuance. The influence of wood is elegantly integrated, enhancing complexity without dominating.
On the palate, the wine is full and round, with a soft structure and a long, lingering finish. The balance between ripe fruit, spiciness and fraîcheur makes this Cannonau accessible, but at the same time serious and gastronomic.
