Champagne Hautbois' Cuvée Haut'Thentic is an elegant and characterful champagne that perfectly reflects the house's authentic style. This refined assemblage consists mainly of Pinot Meunier, complemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The high proportion of Pinot Meunier gives the champagne a soft, round and fruity expression, while the long maturation on the lees adds finesse and complexity.
In the glass, the champagne shows a light golden yellow colour with fine, elegant bubbles. In the nose, aromas of mirabelle plum, vineyard peach and ripe white fruit open up harmoniously. On the palate, the champagne presents itself creamy and full, with a fresh attack, soft acidity and a nice balance between fruitiness and elegance. The dosage of 6 grams per litre creates a refined Brut style that remains fresh and accessible without losing depth.
