Champagne Hautbois' Cuvée Rosé is an elegant and fruity rosé champagne with a sophisticated balance of freshness, structure and ripe red fruit. This special assemblage combines Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and a small addition of red Champagne wine, providing extra depth, colour and aromatic intensity. The grapes are carefully selected by plot to ensure optimum ripeness and quality.
In the glass, the champagne shows a bright salmon-pink colour with fine, lively bubbles. In the nose, aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, mirabel and ripe cherry open harmoniously. On the palate, the champagne presents itself supple and refined, with juicy red fruits, a creamy mousse and fresh acids that provide elegance and length. The combination of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation gives extra softness and roundness, while the aging of at least three years on the lees provides finesse and complexity.
