The Perlende Kräuter is Weingut Ellwanger’s alcohol-free maverick, and it’s a delightful surprise. Early-harvest Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc are refined with a herbal extract from Steffi Ellwanger’s own herb garden. The result is a fresh, sparkling beverage with a distinct herbal note that sets it apart from ordinary grape juice.
