"Mia Natura" Pecorino IGT Colline Pescaresi is a refined and aromatic white wine that beautifully reflects the authenticity of Abruzzo. The grapes, 100% Pecorino, are carefully harvested by hand in mid-September on chalky clay soils facing south to south-east at an altitude of 170 metres. After cryomaceration at 0°C and fermentation at controlled temperature, without skin contact and with indigenous yeasts, the wine is bottled without clarification. A short ageing on steel ensures that the freshness and pure character are fully preserved.
In the glass, the Pecorino shows straw yellow with subtle green reflections. The nose opens with floral aromas of field flowers, white blossom and yellow fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and harmonious, with a lively structure and an elegant balance between fruitiness and minerality. The result is a wine that is at once refined and expressive, ideal for those who want to discover an authentic, modern Pecorino.
This Pecorino is particularly versatile at the table. It pairs excellently with refined starters with fish, seafood or shellfish in sauce, but also goes well with elegant second fish dishes and semi-mature cheeses. Serve it at 10-14 °C to best experience its freshness and aromatic depth.
