"Mia Natura" Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC is a refined and fresh white wine that embodies the purity of the Abruzzese wine tradition. The grapes, 100% Trebbiano Abruzzese, are harvested by hand in the second half of September on chalky clay soils with a south to south-east exposure at an altitude of 170 metres. After cryomaceration at 0°C and fermentation at controlled temperature, without skin contact and using in-house yeasts, a wine is produced that is bottled without clarification to fully preserve its natural expression.
In the glass, the wine shows a straw yellow colour with green reflections. The nose opens with floral aromas of field flowers and white fruits, elegantly followed by fresh and light notes. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious and refined, with a balanced structure and a lively freshness that makes it particularly accessible.
This Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is an ideal companion to light starters, delicate fish dishes and summer salads. Served at 10-14 °C, its freshness comes out best, making it both an excellent aperitif wine and a versatile table wine.
