Product description
This tasting set offers a broad and representative overview of wine styles from the Middle Mosel, produced by Weingut Beth. The selection shows how the cool climate, steep slopes, and slate soils around Kinheim and Kröv contribute to fresh acidity, aromatic precision, and a clear expression of terroir. The set includes both dry and lightly sweet wines and provides a solid insight into the diversity of the region.
Weißer Burgunder Classic 2023 A harmonious, mildly dry Pinot Blanc that reflects the elegant style of the Mosel. The grapes grow on mineral-rich slate soils around Kinheim, where the cool microclimate ensures slow ripening and pure aromas. The Classic style stands for harmonisch trocken: dry, yet with a soft, balanced structure and refined freshness.
Blanc de Noir Feinherb 2025 Made from Spätburgunder grapes that are gently and quickly pressed, resulting in minimal color and tannin extraction. The wine is light and elegant, with a subtle residual sweetness. Sourced from vineyards around Kinheim, where freshness and finesse dominate. The Feinherb style makes this wine approachable and versatile.
Sauvignon Blanc Trocken 2023 An aromatically expressive Sauvignon Blanc from cool hillside vineyards around Kinheim. Slow ripening preserves fresh acidity and aromatic purity. Precise and focused in style, with tension and finesse enhanced by the mineral-rich soils of the Middle Mosel.
Dornfelder Rosé This rosé is made from early-harvested Dornfelder grapes to preserve freshness and fruit. Gentle pressing results in a bright salmon-pink wine with a light, fruity character. Accessible, fresh, and designed for easy drinking.
Kröver Nacktarsch Trocken 2023 Sourced from the steep, sun-exposed slopes around Kröv. This c
