A top winery entering the alcohol-free market does not do so half-heartedly. The RvK 0.0 Zero range begins with high-quality Riesling base wines, selected for their varietal purity and complex structure. Only then does the careful de-alcoholisation follow, a process that the winery deliberately keeps gentle in order to preserve as much of the original character as possible. The result proves that you can enjoy the unmistakable flavour of Riesling, even without alcohol.
In the glass, it is clear and pale yellow. The nose is pleasantly delicate and fruity, with the typical Riesling aromas recognisable in every sip. On the palate, the wine is delicately fruity and pleasantly bitter in character, with a pleasant drinkability that makes it very accessible. There are many good reasons not to drink alcohol. There is no reason, however, to miss out on the flavour of Riesling.
As an aperitif, with light dishes or on any occasion when you want to savour the moment. Serve at 8–10°C.
