This Dolcetto from the prestigious Sorì delle Cecche region features a beautiful ruby red color with purple reflections. The aroma is pleasantly fruity, and the taste is dry with a subtle bitter almond finish, delicately stimulating the palate. With a robust structure and high alcohol content, this wine offers aromatic complexity, including geraniol, making it enjoyable both young and with the strength to age well.
The Dolcetto pairs perfectly with meat-stuffed ravioli, soft and medium-aged cheeses, and a variety of starters. Its versatility and character make it an ideal choice for both everyday meals and special occasions.
Hailing from Diano d'Alba, a region known for its exceptional terroir, this Dolcetto has a vineyard yield of 75q/ha and an alcohol content of 11% vol (12% for the "superiore" version). The wine undergoes at least one year of aging outside of wood, developing its rich flavor and balance.
