Villa Safranier's AOP Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is a refined and elegant white wine that perfectly embodies the rich tradition of this prestigious appellation. Sourced from deep clay-limestone soils with rounded cobbles, this wine combines power with finesse. The blend of 85% Clairette and 15% Clairette Rosé creates a harmonious structure with subtle aromatic complexity.
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully vinified in oak barrels, followed by ageing on the lie with regular bâtonnage. This method gives the wine extra roundness and depth. In the glass, it shows a bright, crystalline colour with green reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, with aromas of citrus and light toast notes indicating a subtle wood influence.
