Sourced from clay loam soils and produced with respect for nature, this estate is in conversion to organic farming. The blend of 50% Caladoc and 50% Syrah creates a powerful yet accessible style, where fruit and spiciness come together perfectly.
The grapes are hand-harvested and fully destemmed, followed by classic vinification in temperature-controlled tanks. What makes this wine special is that no sulphite is added, fully preserving the pure character of the grapes. In the glass, it shows a deep violet colour with raspberry-like reflections. The nose is intense and aromatic, with notes of black and red fruit, complemented by nuances of liquorice and a subtle hint of coffee.
On the palate, the wine is round and generous, with soft, supple tannins and a nice structure.
