'Bak' is an expressive rosé wine from the Langhe region, made from 60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% barbera. Thanks to gentle pressing and the use of only the very first must - the so-called "fiore" - a refined rosato with pure fruit and elegance is created. The wine then matures for five months on the groin, adding texture and depth.
In the glass, 'Bak' shows a light rosé colour with a seductive sheen. The aroma is rich and fresh, with notes of red berries such as currant and raspberry, complemented by floral accents. On the palate, the wine is surprisingly full-bodied and juicy, with a nice balance between freshness and body. The finish is clean, lively and invites another sip.
This rosé is versatile: ideal as an aperitif, but also a delicious companion to light dishes such as salads, grilled vegetables, sushi or charcuterie. Serve 'Bak' lightly chilled, between 12 and 14 °C, and enjoy a rosato that combines freshness with character.
