2x 'Monochrome' Brut is a special, mineral Champagne entirely dedicated to a single grape: Pinot Meunier. For Monochrome, only the ripest grapes from old Meunier vines are selected, allowing the full character and potential of this grape to be expressed. The cuvée is fortified with approximately 40% reserve wines, adding complexity and depth while maintaining the house's distinctive style. On the palate, the champagne is simultaneously fresh and creamy, with flavors of yellow fruit and citrus, supported by a lively minerality. The long finish combines fruity freshness with floral, peppery, and slightly licorice notes, resulting in a refined and characterful champagne.
2x 'Emblématis' Brut is a unique, complex Champagne made from a blend of 85% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir grapes. This cuvée is a direct reflection of the estate's vineyards. To preserve the estate's recognizable style, the blend includes 30 to 40% reserve wines, giving it added complexity and balance. On the palate, the Champagne is soft, fresh and elegant, with a creamy mousse and a harmonious balance between fruitiness and lively citrus acidity. The minerality of the clay-limestone soils gives the wine added depth, while a light salty note on the finish ensures a refined and long-lasting finale. A versatile gastronomic companion, this Champagne is perfect for aperitifs, refined starters or light dishes. 'Dyade' Brut is an elegant, powerful Champagne made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes, supplemented with approximately 30% reserve wines, partially aged in oak barrels. With this, Jérôme Trudon creates a champagne that is both complex and refined. On the palate, the champagne is soft, creamy, and fresh, with flavors of yellow and white stone fruit, citrus, and subtle spicy notes.
