Thanks to night harvesting and slow fermentation in concrete vats, the wine develops refined aromas and a creamy, fresh structure. In the glass, it shows a clear salmon-pink hue and delights with mineral freshness and refined fruit. Perfect with seafood, raw vegetables, or sushi, and best served between 10 and 12°C
- 2x 'Terre de Rolle' AOP Côtes de Provence: The “Terre de Rolle” AOP Côtes de Provence Blanc 2024 is an elegant white wine made from 100% Rolle (Vermentino), grown on 14-year-old vines rooted in limestone-clay soils.
