Eclettico is a vibrant and versatile rosé wine inspired by the idea of eclecticism: merging and harmonizing different elements to create something unique. Just as an eclectic person focuses their attention on diverse interests, Eclettico offers a wine experience rich in nuance and versatility.
Made from 100% Grignolino grapes, this rosé is produced using the method of bottle fermentation, with no added sulfites. After overnight maceration on the skins, the wine ferments in fiberglass tanks and then matures until spring, after which it is bottled. The result is a sparkling rosé with an intense pink color and a distinct personality.
Eclettico surprises with fruity notes of blackberry and raspberry, subtly intertwined with a slight spiciness. The taste is fresh and bright, with refreshing acidity that is perfectly balanced. This wine is versatile and goes well with aperitifs, white meat dishes, fish and even a tasty pizza. Serve it chilled between 10 and 12 °C for the optimal taste experience.
