The Sweet Sparkling Wine 3647 I.G.P. is one of the newest wines in the 3647 line. This sparkling wine captures the passion of Grottaglie’s artisans in its bubbles, made special by its sweetness. It’s perfect for celebrating any occasion.
The grapes come from the Itria Valley and are picked by hand. They grow in the Guyot and Spurred Cordon systems. There are 7,000 bottles of 0.75 liters. The wine has a short skin maceration, then classic white vinification and fermentation in an autoclave at controlled temperature. This brings out the grape’s qualities, with 10% alcohol for lightness and freshness.
The smell is intense and gently aromatic, with hints of white peach, citrus, rose, white goldflower, ripe apricot, and honey at the end. The taste is sweet, harmonious, fresh, and light, with good lasting aromas. It’s great on its own and matches well with many desserts, especially fine and delicate ones, and is excellent with fruit.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
