12 and 13 December: the ONWINE Winemakers’ Festival. Winemakers from all ONWINE countries are coming to the Netherlands to let you taste their best wines.
This Salento I.G.P. Negroamaro Rosé tastes perfectly balanced between freshness and savoriness. You can taste red fruits and pomegranate, and it has a pleasant, long finish. This wine from Apulia is a must-have and works great as a rosé.
The grapes come from Salento and are picked by hand. They grow in a special system called backbone. There are 13,000 to 25,000 bottles of 0.75 liters. The wine is made in steel tanks, has 12.5% alcohol, and a soft rosé color.
Our sommelier loves the smell of pomegranate, red fruits, and raspberries. The taste is fresh and savory, with a nice finish. It goes well with fish and white meat and should be served at 8 to 10°C. A great wine for everyone who enjoys wine!
