The Minutolo represents the food and wine heritage of the Itria Valley in our range, with its iconic straw yellow color. Dive into the floral, exotic fruit, and citrus notes, and taste our version of Vino Itriano, a wine that reflects the soul of this region.
This Valle D’Itria I.G.P. Fiano Minutolo comes from the Valle d’Itria. The Minutolo grapes are picked by hand and grown in the backbone system. There are 13,000 bottles of 0.75 liters. The wine is fermented in steel tanks, giving it a straw yellow color with slight golden hues and 12.5% alcohol, making it fresh and elegant.
The smell is intense, aromatic, and elegant, with typical grape aromas: flowers, exotic fruit, and citrus. The taste has acidity and savoriness, giving it great lasting power. It’s perfect with shellfish and mollusks, great as an aperitif, and delicious with spaghetti with clams or seafood risotto.
The wine comes directly from the winemakers, they send the bottles themselves.
