The blend consists of 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, and 20% Rondinella. This Superiore is full-bodied and structured, with crisp acidity, soft tannins, and a long, harmonious finish. It pairs perfectly with everything from aged cheeses to red meat and pasta dishes.
3x Valpollicella Classico DOC Bio is a fresh, juicy red wine made from 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, and 20% Rondinella grapes. This Valpollicella Classico is an ideal wine for informal dinners, thanks to its low alcohol content and lively acidity.
