Maison Safranier's IGP Méditerranée Rosé "10°5" is an ode to the sun-drenched vineyards of southern France, where proximity to the Mediterranean Sea makes for fresh, vibrant wines. With grapes like Syrah, Grenache Noir, Cinsault and a touch of Mediterranean varieties, it creates a rosé that is both playful and refined. The light alcohol and early harvest give the wine a particularly drinkable character.
In the nose, the wine opens with expressive aromas of exotic fruit, peach and red currant. In the glass, it shines with a pale, bright salmon-pink colour. On the palate, it is round and refreshing at the same time, with a nice balance between fruity softness and lively acidity. Direct pressing and cool fermentation ensure a pure and elegant style.
