Champagne Hautbois' Cuvée Harmonie is a refined and perfectly balanced champagne in which all three classic Champagne grapes come together. The equal distribution of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay gives this cuvée its name as well as its harmonious character. Thanks to the limestone and clay soils and the sunny southern exposure, the champagne develops an elegant combination of freshness, fruitiness and creamy finesse.
In the glass, the champagne shows a golden yellow colour with fine, lively bubbles. In the nose, delicate aromas of citrus, walnuts, brioche and subtle honey notes open harmoniously. On the palate, the champagne presents itself rich and balanced, with notes of biscuit, ripe stone fruit and exotic fruits such as pear and mango. The creamy mousse and fresh acidity add elegant tension, while the long ageing on the lees adds extra depth and complexity. The finish is refined, soft and slightly spicy.
