This special cuvée is a tribute to the family's great-grandfather, who planted the estate's first Chardonnay vines. The grapes come from carefully selected plots with old vines and benefit from an ideal limestone and clay soil. In the glass, the champagne shows a bright golden yellow colour with a refined and lively mousse. In the nose, aromas of brioche, dried fruit, toasted notes and subtle hazelnuts open up harmoniously.
