Product description
The Collesanti Nobilguido is a powerful and elegant red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from the hills of Cesena. Following a 20-day maceration with selected yeasts, the wine is aged for six months in tonneaux, followed by six months in stainless steel and three months’ bottle ageing.
In the glass, the Nobilguido displays an intense ruby red colour. The nose offers elegant pyrazine and balsamic notes, complemented by nuances of red stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and intense, rich and fresh, with elegant vegetal notes on the finish.
The Nobilguido pairs excellently with roast meats, meat sauces and risottos. Its rich structure and complex aromas make it an ideal accompaniment to festive meals.
