The beautiful raspberry-red colour immediately catches your eye. The Sommer Chiller Rosé from Weingut Keber Kolling is the summery counterpart to the white Sommer Chiller: just as approachable, just as cheerful, but in pink. The organic family-run winery in Sommerloch produces it with the same care for biodiversity and soil that has characterised the estate for decades.
Aged in stainless steel, which preserves the freshness and fruit to the full. In the glass, the wine displays a beautiful raspberry red colour. The nose offers notes of cherry and strawberry, fresh and inviting. On the palate, it is pleasantly fruity with a lovely residual sweetness and a sparkling freshness that makes it light and cheerful.
A wine for almost any occasion. It is in its element as an aperitif in the garden, with light summer salads, grilled vegetables or a simple platter of cheese and cold meats. It is also highly recommended as a spritzer with a splash of mineral water. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C.
