The Zero Blanc is Weingut Keber Kolling’s alcohol-free white cuvée, and it is far more interesting than its name suggests. The cuvée combines the fresh elegance of Riesling with the distinctive aromas of Cabernet Blanc, entirely without alcohol. The result is a harmonious and surprisingly versatile drink.
In the glass, the Zero Blanc displays a fresh and clear colour. The nose is aromatic and inviting: citrus fruits, green apple and white peach, complemented by subtle hints of cross-pollination and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is light and lively, with balanced fruitiness and a clean, harmonious finish. Not just flavoured water, but a genuine wine experience without alcohol.
Whether as an aperitif, with a meal or for a moment of mindful enjoyment, the Zero Blanc offers the full pleasure of wine without compromise. It pairs well with light salads, fish and vegetable dishes, as well as at a dinner party where not everyone drinks alcohol. Serve chilled at 8–10°C.
