The Perlendes Träuble Rosé is the cheerful rosé variety in Weingut Ellwanger’s non-alcoholic line. Early-harvested grape juice from Trollinger and Dornfelder grapes is enhanced with red currants, which give it its pink color and an extra fruity note. The addition of carbonation makes it sparkling and refreshing. On the palate, it’s aromatic and fruity, slightly sweet with a fresh acidity that keeps the drink lively.
