This alcohol-free wine is made from 100% Sauvignon, sourced from sandy and gravelly soils that provide lively and fresh aromas. After careful low-temperature vinification, the alcohol is removed via vacuum distillation. This process takes place at low temperatures, preserving the delicate aromas and flavours as much as possible and preventing the wine from losing its character.
In the glass, this cuvée presents itself fresh and aromatic, with a light structure and an approachable style. The short ageing creates a pure and uncomplicated profile, in which fruit and freshness take centre stage. A modern wine for those who want to enjoy the essence of Sauvignon, but without alcohol.
