Mezzanota Bianco - Verdeca IGP is a fresh and accessible white wine that reflects the Mediterranean elegance of Puglia. Made from 100% Verdeca, an indigenous grape known for its lively acidity and delicate aromatics, this wine brings together purity and immediate drinking pleasure.
The grapes are gently pressed with a high-quality vacuum press, after which the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 24-26Ā°C with selected yeasts. Maturation takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, optimally preserving Verdeca's fresh character and natural fruit expression.
In the glass, Mezzanota Bianco shows bright and lively. The style is fresh, clean and pure, with elegant balance and a pleasant, light structure. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, seafood, light starters and vegetarian preparations.
