Mezzanota Rosato is a fresh and versatile rosé that reflects the sunny elegance of Puglia. Made from 100% Primitivo, this wine shows how expressive and refined this grape can also be in rosé form.
The grapes are gently pressed with a high-quality vacuum press to preserve their delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C with selected yeasts, after which the wine matures in stainless steel tanks. This approach creates a clean, fruit-driven style with lively freshness and pleasing balance.
In the glass, Mezzanota Rosato shows light and inviting, with a fresh structure and smooth drinkability. An ideal wine for warm days, it goes extremely well with light meat dishes as well as fish and various side dishes.
