Mezzanota Primitivo IGP is an accessible and characterful red wine that reflects the warm soul of Puglia. Made from 100% Primitivo, this wine combines ripe fruit expression with soft structure and Mediterranean intensity.
The grapes are gently pressed with a high-quality vacuum press, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24-26Ā°C with carefully selected indigenous yeasts. Aging takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, keeping the pure character of the grape at the centre and maximising fruit expression.
In the glass, Mezzanota Primitivo shows up full and round, with a balanced structure and pleasant warmth. The wine is supple, powerful and versatile. Perfect with grilled or roasted red meat, game dishes, mature cheeses and pasta with rich, savoury meat sauces.
