2x Lacinio Calabria IGT Bianco — White · 12% · €20.00 per bottle A rare white wine made from Pecorello and Mantonico Bianco, two of the oldest indigenous grape varieties of Calabria. Named after Giano Lacinio, a famous Franciscan alchemist from Cirò. Fresh and floral, with rich floral and fruity notes and a salty minerality that perfectly reflects the Mediterranean terroir of Cirò. Delicious with fish, seafood, pasta with fish and soft cheeses. Two bottles, because this is a wine you'll want to drink more than once.
2x Joseph47 Cirò DOC Rosato — Rosé · 13% · €20.00 per bottle A personal tribute from Mimmo to his father Giuseppe, born in 1947. Made from 100% Gaglioppo, the great red grape of Cirò, gently pressed into a delicate rosé with a light copper-pink colour. Notes of small red berries, flowers and a fresh citrus touch. Light, soft and inviting with seafood, light fish dishes and as a summer aperitif. Two bottles, because this is a wine for more than one occasion.
2x Chone Cirò DOC Rosso Classico Superiore — Red · 13.5% · €25.00 per bottle The flagship wine of Mimmo Vinci, named after Chone, the ancient Greek name of the city of Cirò, founded by the mythical hero Philoctetes. Made from 100% Gaglioppo on calcareous clay soils, with ten days of maceration and thirteen months of ageing in stainless steel. Intense ruby red with notes of ripe red berries, a balanced and lingering finish that fully expresses the character of Cirò. Wonderful with grilled red meat, braised dishes, game and aged cheeses.
