This Moscato d'Asti DOCG from La Trava is a sophisticated and expressive sweet wine, made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes. With a low alcohol content of just 5%, it is a wonderfully light wine that is perfect for festive occasions or relaxed moments with family.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow colour with shimmering reflections. The nose is enchantingly aromatic, with delicate scents of white flowers, ripe pear and fresh apple. The palate is lively and mildly sweet, with a delicate mousse and an elegant, lingering finish that invites another sip.
Serve this Moscato chilled between 8 and 10°C as an ideal conclusion to a dinner party, with a Sunday lunch with the family or simply when you feel like something light and festive. It goes beautifully with fresh fruit-based desserts, panna cotta, lemon cake or hazelnut pastries, but is also delicious with blue cheeses or as an aperitif on warm days.
