Product description
Nébula is Fratelli Marco’s sparkling rosé, and it showcases what the finest grape of the Canavese region is capable of in its most playful form. Here, the local Nebbiolo grape is dressed in bubbles: a refined body, a bouquet of red fruits and all the warmth of the characteristic colour tones of this noble variety. A wine that combines the best of both worlds.
The long ageing on the lees gives Nébula its complex tertiary notes, which enhance rather than mask the varietal character of the Nebbiolo. The bubbles are fine and persistent; the body is elegant and refined. The typical red fruit aromas that characterise Nebbiolo are complemented in the Nébula by the effervescent freshness of the Metodo Classico, resulting in a wine that possesses both warmth and vibrancy.
A stylish aperitif, but also excellent with light starters, fresh salads, delicate fish and dishes with a slightly sweet note. Serve chilled at 7–9°C.
