A dry Riesling sparkling wine for all occasions. Weingut Keber Kolling produces its sparkling wine from the Riesling grapes with which the estate is so familiar, sourced from its organic vineyards in Sommerloch. The result is an authentic, approachable Sekt with all the fresh, mineral qualities for which Nahe Riesling is renowned.
The wine is full-bodied and powerful thanks to extended ageing on the lees, which gives it depth and texture. In the glass, it is clear with fine bubbles. The aroma is intense and spicy, with the typical Riesling nose of citrus, yellow apple and minerality. On the palate, the mouthfeel is harmonious and pleasant, with a fresh, dry finish.
The ideal way to start a meal or a stylish moment in its own right. It is particularly well-suited as an aperitif with light canapés, light Asian snacks or fresh seafood. But the Brut is also a spot-on choice with a light fish dish or as a festive interlude during a tasting. Serve well chilled at 7–9°C.
