Product description
Chiara is a characterful, organic red wine from Tuscany, made from 100% Sangiovese di Toscana grapes sourced from the estate's best plot in Fauglia, located in the gentle, rolling hills of Pisa. The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates to ensure quality and undergo traditional vinification in stainless steel cuves, with the skins fermenting for up to 25 days. After fermentation, the wine matures in 225-liter French barriques, where the tannins are refined and the aromatic complexity develops.
Chiara is made according to organic principles, without any oenological manipulation. The wine is neither clarified nor filtered, ensuring a pure expression of grape and terroir. The result is a particularly expressive wine with a deep ruby color and garnet red reflections.
On the nose, Chiara shows impressive aromatic layering: from sour cherry and ripe cherry to violets, with subtle hints of licorice, cinnamon and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is harmonious and soft, with velvety tannins and an exceptionally long finish. Chiara is best enjoyed at a serving temperature between 18 and 20°C. An elegant, authentic Sangiovese that seamlessly combines power and finesse.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
