The rolling hills of Alsace produce a sparkling wine that perfectly combines elegance and finesse. This Crémant d'Alsace Brut Blanc is a festive wine with a refined, delicate mousse. It is at home at any gathering: from an aperitif with friends to a festive family dinner. The style is fresh and lively, with subtle aromas of flowers and white fruit that immediately invite you to take that first sip.
The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards with clay-limestone, sand and gravel soils. In the cellar, careful work is done with pneumatic pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve the purity of the fruit. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation follows, giving the wine extra roundness and softness. The base wine is aged partly on fine lees in tanks and partly in barriques, which provides extra depth and structure.
The fine mousse is created by a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. After approximately 24 months of ageing on the lees, the wine is disgorged and prepared for its moment in the glass. The result is a sparkling Crémant with a light yellow colour and silver reflections, fine and regular bubbles and a fresh, elegant finish. Perfect to open as an aperitif or as a festive accompaniment to light desserts.
