The Pinot Gris Tradition 2022 from Alsace is a wine that harmoniously combines elegance and power. In the glass, it sparkles with a bright golden yellow colour and subtle reflections. The grapes were harvested on 21 September 2022 and carefully processed in the cellar. After gentle pneumatic pressing, fermentation takes place under controlled temperature to preserve the wine's aromatic finesse. The wine then matures on the fine lees for about eight months, adding extra roundness and complexity. Tangential filtration just before bottling ensures a clear and bright wine.
The nose reveals a rich aromatic complexity with notes of ripe yellow fruit, apricot and honey, complemented by subtle spicy accents. On the palate, the wine shows a beautiful balance between freshness, structure and aromatic intensity. Its full texture and long finish make this Pinot Gris particularly versatile at the table.
