In the hills of Alsace, this Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé is made as a sparkling tribute to finesse and elegance. In the glass, it displays a soft rosé hue with silver reflections and a lively stream of fine, regular bubbles. It is a wine that immediately invites enjoyment: perfect for festive moments, an aperitif with friends or a sunny afternoon when a fresh sparkling wine is just the thing.
The grapes, entirely from Pinot Noir, are harvested by hand from vineyards with clay-limestone soils. In the cellar, gentle pneumatic pressing is used to preserve the quality of the fruit. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature conditions so that the aromatic finesse of the wine can fully develop. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation follows, which gives the wine more roundness and softens the acids.
The characteristic mousse is created by a second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. After about 24 months of ageing on the lees, the wine is filtered and disgorged, which adds extra complexity and elegance. Aromas of red fruits appear on the nose, while the taste remains fresh, refined and harmonious. The result is a lively rosé crémant that pairs effortlessly with festive aperitifs, light desserts or creative cocktails.
