The grapes grow in vineyards around Biebelsheim, where the slopes of the Kieselberg are formed by loess and terrasses of gravel. These soils give the wine its fresh character and subtle minerality.
In the vineyard and in the cellar, everything revolves around gentle treatment of the grapes. The grapes are carefully processed and the juice ferments for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for some time on fine lie until bottling, giving it extra roundness and balance without losing its fresh style. The result is an elegant and lively rosé that remains pure and approachable.
In the glass, the wine opens with playful aromas of strawberry yoghurt, blueberries and a hint of fresh mint. Lively acidity keeps the wine light and refreshing, keeping each sip light and inviting. Perfect for sunny days, this rosé pairs effortlessly with grilled vegetables or fresh salads.
