This Brut Sparkling Wine 3647 I.G.P. was born as a surprise from one of the last harvests. It’s a brut sparkling wine that captures the passion of Grottaglie’s artisans in its bubbles. Perfect for celebrating any occasion, big or small.
The wine comes from the Itria Valley. The Verdeca and Bianco d’Alessano grapes are picked by hand and grown in the Guyot and Spurred Cordon systems. There are 13,000 bottles of 0.75 liters. The wine is made with white vinification. The first fermentation happens at a controlled temperature, and the foam rises at a low temperature in an autoclave. This makes a fresh white wine with 11.5% alcohol.
The smell is intense and fruity with hints of green apple. The taste has good acidity and feels fresh, pleasant, and harmonious in the mouth. This sparkling wine is great as an aperitif and goes with any dish, always adding something special.
