Mon Dadà is a distinct Sauvignon Blanc born of a conscious decision to give this international grape a new home in the mountainous landscape of the Aosta Valley. What began as a fascination grew into a long-term project of research and refinement. The result is a wine that not only shows character but also reflects the versatility of the estate's white vineyard area.
Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, Mon Dadà combines freshness with structure. The wine is fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in small French oak barrels, developing both aromatic precision and depth. With an alcohol content of 13.5% and young vines around 10 years old, this cuvée shows energy, excitement and a clear identity.
In the glass, Mon Dadà presents itself lively and complex. The nose opens with fresh citrus and spicy notes, while the mouth offers balance between minerality, roundness and length. The mountain terroir gives the wine elegant freshness and a long finish. With a storage potential of ten years, this is a serious Sauvignon Blanc that goes well with fish dishes, seafood or sophisticated vegetarian preparations.
