Hof Breitenstein's 2023 Riesling Feinherb from the Nahe shows how beautifully freshness and a subtle residual sweetness can go together. In the glass, the wine shines with a bright pale yellow colour and a lively character. This style - feinherb - gives the wine a soft roundness that remains perfectly balanced with the typical fresh acidity of Riesling.
