La Canetana's Marie Rosado 2025 is a fresh and elegant rosé that perfectly reflects the sunny character of the Mediterranean coast. Made using the saignée method of Monastrell and Garnacha Tinta, this wine combines intense fruit with a refined structure. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and expression.
After a short cold maceration, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to optimise the fresh aromas. The wine then matures for five months "sur lie", adding extra roundness and a soft texture. This process gives the wine both vibrancy and depth, without losing its light and approachable style.
In the glass, Marie Rosado shows a soft salmon-pink colour. The nose is fruity and seductive, with notes of red fruit and subtle floral accents. On the palate, the wine is fresh and supple, with a nice balance between juiciness and lively acidity. The finish is refreshing and elegant, making this rosé perfect for sunny days and relaxed moments.
