Only after vinification follows a careful process of vacuum distillation, where the alcohol is removed at low temperature. This keeps the aromas and complexity intact as much as possible, without the wine losing its character.
In the glass, La Cuvée Insolite offers a soft and accessible style, retaining fruity notes and a light structure. The short ageing and low extraction make for a smooth, elegant drinking experience.
