Made from 100% Nebbiolo and named after the dragon on the label, this wine symbolises strength, precision and elegance. Like the creature from the legends, it combines finesse with intensity, inviting discovery.
The choice to vinify this cuvée separately stems from its unique character. In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour with garnet hues. The nose is noble and refined, with a broad aromatic spectrum in which minerality is central. It is a wine that opens slowly, revealing more and more layers.
On the palate, Galizja is dry, mineral and elegant, with impressive complexity. The structure is tight and refined, with a long, lingering finish. This is not a wine for hasty moments, but for those who take their time - a pure and characterful expression of Gattinara DOCG.
