Requiebro Sauvignon Blanc Edición Limitada is an exclusive Sauvignon Blanc of which only 1,000 numbered bottles have been produced. The grapes come from high-altitude vineyards and produce a wine with striking freshness, refinement and aromatic depth. Thanks to its limited production run, this is a special wine for lovers of complex white wines.
The wine ferments in French Bordeaux barrels and Jerez barrels made of French oak, and is then aged on the fine lees for up to eight months. This combination of oak ageing and sur lie ageing imparts extra creaminess, structure and complexity, whilst the lively fruit and fresh acidity are fully preserved.
In the glass, the wine sparkles with a pale yellow colour and green reflections. The nose opens with tropical fruit, floral notes and lemon verbena, complemented by subtle hints of dairy and freshly baked brioche. On the palate, it is full-bodied, silky smooth and perfectly balanced, with a creamy texture, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish. Delicious with fish, shellfish, creamy dishes, mild Asian cuisine, risotto and fresh cheeses.
