Made from 100% Moscatel, this wine combines the exuberant aroma of the grape with a refined mousse and a surprisingly fresh style. The grapes are harvested in late August and undergo cold maceration followed by slow fermentation at a low temperature. This preserves the intense aromas and ensures that a small proportion of the natural grape sugars remains, resulting in a subtle sweetness and a lovely balance. The wine has been developed as a versatile companion for countless moments of enjoyment.
In the glass, Espejo Líquido displays a pale straw-yellow colour with green highlights and a fine, elegant effervescence. The nose opens with exuberant floral notes, tropical fruit and ripe citrus. On the palate, the fresh acidity and soft mousse bring liveliness, whilst the slight sweetness adds extra body and creaminess. The long, fresh finish makes this sparkling Moscatel perfect with aperitifs, fresh fruit, light desserts and festive occasions.
