The Müller-Thurgau “Müller” 2022 from Enderle & Moll is a fresh and distinctive white wine from Baden. The nose is crisp and lively, with citrus and subtle notes of white fruit, complemented by floral, herbaceous and slightly nutty nuances. The wine has a slender and refined character, with its fresh acidity providing tension and energy.
On the palate, the fresh fruit comes through beautifully, with notes of citrus and ripe white fruit. A subtle grip from soft tannins gives the wine structure, whilst light yeasty and herbal notes provide extra depth. The finish is fresh and juicy, once again featuring citrus and delicate nutty notes.
Enderle & Moll is best known for its Spätburgunder, but this lively Müller-Thurgau reveals a completely different side to the winery. The wine combines an accessible freshness with the individuality that suits natural wine so well.
